I. MOBOX Community Rules
The rules in this section are generally applicable to the entire MOBOX community.
Welcome to the MOBOX community, please read the following terms before participating in community activities. If you are under the age of 18, please read this regulation with your legal guardian. Each user's comments, postings, replies and other actions in the MOBOX community will be deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and obey the management of the MOBOX community team.
In order to maintain a community which supports players and better communications . The MOBOX team will manage users who have registered on the MOBOX platform and the content published in the MOBOX community in accordance with these terms.
Measures taken include: changing or deleting published content, user avatars and nicknames, banning accounts, etc. If the circumstances are serious, the user will bear the legal responsibilities.
In the MOBOX community, every user has the right to freedom of speech. However, it is not allowed to use comments, postings, replies, etc. in the MOBOX community to publish and disseminate information containing the following content:
1. Laws and Regulation
1.1 Oppose the basic principles established by the local constitution of the user;
1.2 Inciting ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination;
1.3 Destroy the religious policy of the country where the user is located, and promote cults;
1.4 Promote pornography, violence, murder, terror or instigate crime;
1.5 Inciting illegal demonstrations, gathering crowds to disrupt the local social order of users;
1.6 Defamation of others, revealing the privacy of others, infringing on the lawful rights and interests of others;
2. Platform
2.1 Nicknames, avatars or cover pictures involve or insinuate political, pornographic, or violent content;
2.2 Nicknames in the form of duplicate names (including word changes), ridiculing individual, firm or celebrities, personal attacks, content with spoofs or copycat official accounts;
2.3 Nicknames and signatures with advertising;
2.4 Frequent registration of accounts to violate community regulations;
2.5 Contains content related to P2P transactions;
3. Posts
3.1 Containing resource sharing content such as magnet links, hash codes, etc., it is forbidden to publish other games, community's, platforms and links to induce behavior;
3.2 Content that affects others’ use of the forum or caused offense, including the ganging up, causing conflict, personal attacks, malicious play, quarrels, malicious satire;
3.3 Malicious speculation, unprovoked associations, malicious misrepresentation, spreading rumors, or forging official content, publishing unconfirmed news, etc.;
3.4 Contents that contain pornography, violence, advertisements, addictive drugs, or content that violates personal privacy, such as exposure, voyeurism, etc., and contain any major social events, news, national, political discussions, and various related extremes, Innuendo remarks;
3.5 The content has nothing to do with the subject, or the subject is game on other non-MOBOX platforms;
3.6 Maliciously guide uninstall, guide the use of a BUG for profit, use a BUG to mock etc.;
3.7 Content that opposes the views of other authors without quoting real data, game screenshots or videos;
3.8 Plagiarism works that do not indicate the author and source, and post content that is not allowed to be reprinted;
3.9 Contains superstition content, including to fortune-telling, divination, , dream interpretation, etc.;
4. Comments and Reply
5.1 Promote pornography, gambling, violence and other content that violates the laws and regulations of the country where the user is located;
5.2 Complaints and reports in the form of replying to reviews or posts of the game, including but not limited to the following forms: reported, fake news;
5.3 Contents that are likely to cause arguments, including but not limited to the following forms: This game is much better than XXX;
5.4 Taunting, provoking, humiliating, swearing, attacking, speculating, citing responses to the content of other players, and other content that does not respect the users of community, including but not limited to the following forms: no brain of the person playing this game;
5.5 Publish advertisements, including but not limited to the following forms: trading account, unofficial promotion group; or content that induces players to leave email, Telegram, WhatsApp and other contact information;
5.6 Share cracking/unofficial game installation packages; or use bugs in the game to maliciously change game data or get props, and use plug-ins;
5.7 Post sharing/seeking games or other invitation codes, etc., including but not limited to the following forms: Please enter my invitation code xxxxxxx; with this invitation code to get 5MBOX;
5.8 Frequently post replies with the same or similar content, or other content that is meaningless or irrelevant to the game;
5.9 Malicious confrontation behavior, including but not limited to the use of variants, homophony, etc. to evade review.

II. Rules of Game Strategy Board
"Game Strategy Forum Rules" based on the "Community Rules", it is separately applicable to the game strategy board.
1. About Game Strategy Board
The game strategy board is a discussion area for in-depth content of the game. Players are welcome to post content of gameplay on here. Including but not limited to damage formula calculation, skill matching, game mechanics, profit analysis, etc.;
The game strategy board aims to provide a better browsing experience and a communication environment that focuses on game content. Therefore, some stricter rules will be added to the [MOBOX Community Community Terms]. At the same time, the posting and replies level restrictions will also be set in this area.

2. Post & Reply
2.1 The game strategy board belongs to the MOBOX community, and the basic management follow the MOBOX community rules;
2.2 This board is used to publish in-depth content related to gameplay, and posts or content unrelated to the game will be moved to the general chat board by the community manager;
2.3 The pictures in the post must be consistent with the content of the post, please do not use unauthorized works of others or a large number of pictures that have nothing to do with the subject;
2.4 Do not use methods such as exaggerating facts, untrue headings, and deliberately modifying data.
III. Rules of Proposal Board
"Rules of Proposal Board" based on the "Community Rules", it is separately applicable to the game strategy board.
1. About Proposal Board
The community proposal board is a discussion area related to community governance. Players can submit proposals to community development, whether it's a new economic structure, community development route, or suggestion for existing governance regulations. All reasonable proposals are welcome here;
The community proposal board aims to make suggestions and decisions for the future development of the community by players and users, so some stricter rules will be added.
2. Post & Reply
2.1 The community proposal board belongs to the MOBOX community, and the basic management principles follow the MOBOX community rules;
2.2 The content of the proposal needs to clearly support and oppose positions, including the proper use of votes to measure overall public opinion;
2.3 Generally, the overall process of a proposal follows the following sequence: proposal> discussion> codification> voting> end> implementation;
2.4 Other rules to be revised.
IV. Rules of MOMO Creator Board
"Rules of MOMO Creator Board" based on the "Community Rules", it is separately applicable to the game strategy board.
1. About MOMO Creator Board
"MOMO creator board" is a area for players to contribute to the appearance of MOMO on the MOBOX platform. Players are welcome to post their inspirations and drawings related to MOMO here;
The "MOMO creator board" focuses on the creation of MOMOs, some stricter rules will be added;
2. Post & Reply
2.1 The MOMO creator board belongs to the MOBOX community, and the management principles follow the MOBOX community management rules;
2.2 The posts related to non-MOMO creation will be moved to the other discussion board by the community manager;
2.3 Other rules are to be revised;
V. Rules of Community Feedback Board
"Rules of Community Feedback Board" based on the "Community Rules", it is separately applicable to the game strategy board.
1. About Community Feedback Board
The feedback board is used for players to make correction suggestions and feedback for MOBOX community. Players are welcome to post their ideas about the team, products, and other community-related ideas here;
The community feedback area focuses on the correction and improvement of community functions, community management and other community-related issues, so some stricter rules will be added;
2. Post/Reply
2.1 The MOMO creator board belongs to the MOBOX community, and the management principles follow the MOBOX community management rules;
2.2 Non-suggestion or feedback posts will be moved to other discussion area by community manager;
2.3 Other rules to be revised.
VI. Violations and Appeals
1. About Violation
1.1 Violations of the rules will be processed in accordance with the rules such as delete posts, delete comments, move out of board, and banned;
1.2 All violations will affect your right to speak.
1.3 When your post is deleted or moved, please do not repost the content in the board. Mute will be imposed in the case of multiple violations;
*When there are multiple and large numbers of violations, the community account may be permanently banned. Please cherish your accounts. If have any questions, please submit a ticket to appeal.
2. About Appeal
Appeal process
When your post or reply has been deleted, or account has been banned, please follow the step below to appeal:
Bring your community ID submit a ticket on the MOBOX official website;
Provide a screenshot of your notification center system notification, we will provide your banned record, and find the operating moderator to explain the reason for the ban;
*The community does not accept any deletion of posts, deletion of replies, and banning related processing;
Special Note
If the following situations occur, your appeal may not be accepted; if the attitude is extremely bad, the team will re-evaluate your community silence time.
Personally attack the moderator;
Viciously deny violations;
Deviate from the subject of the complaint and maliciously guide to other issues.
VII. Rules of Video Upload
If you need to use the MOBOX video upload service, you have to agree to these rules.
1. The video you upload must not contain:
(1) Content that violates the laws of the country where it is located, endangers the society, harms social morality, and insults, slanders, obscenity, or contains any sexually suggestive, bloody and violent content;
(2) Content that infringes on the legal rights of others' reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.;
(3) Involving other people's privacy, personal information or data;
(4) Harassment, advertising information and spam;
(5) With offensive words and terror;
(6) Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, interferes with the normal operation of the MOBOX community, and infringes the legitimate interests of other users or third parties;
(7) The video you upload must be closely related to the MOBOX platform and the game. No-value videos will not pass the review;
(8) The content of the video you upload must be related to the published post. If there is no associated video, we will delete the post;
(9) After the video you upload is released on community, it will be deemed to allow MOBOX to use, recommend, and edit the description of the video on MOBOX platforms and all cooperative promotion channels;
(10) You will bear all legal responsibilities for disputes caused by your uploading behavior;
When using MOBOX community video upload services, you also need to agree to the following rules:
Title & Description
Please do not fill in titles or descriptions that are meaningless, or are provocative, inciting. If it appears, we will perform operations including deleting the video and banning the account.
Cover image
The content of the cover image should be related to the video content; if there is a large deviation between the cover image and the video content, the community administrator has the right to replace the cover image with a random screenshot of the video.
VIII. Rules of Image Upload
If you need to use the MOBOX image upload service, you have to agree to these rules.
The image you upload must not contain:
(1) Violation of local laws, endangering society, harming social morality, insulting, slandering, obscene, or containing any sexual, bloody and violent content;
(2) Content that infringes on the legal rights of others' reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.;
(3) Involving other people's privacy, personal information or data;
(4) Harassment, advertising information and spam;
(5) With offensive words and excessive terror;
(6) Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, interferes with the normal operation of the MOBOX community, and infringes the legitimate interests of other users or third parties;
By using the related services of MOBOX picture upload, you have to agree to the above related regulations and the following rules:
Image
The image you upload must be closely related to the game, and unworthy pictures will be hidden or deleted by the administrator;
The images you upload must not contain any non-compliant watermarks;
The image you upload must match the game board;
The size of the image you upload needs to be less than 10MB when you post, and less than 5MB when you reply.
The MOBOX community team has the right to amend these rules from time to time. Players are welcome to participate in feedback, and to build a healthy development community.
